The Copa Express 13amp is a single magnetron rapid cook oven designed to heat and toast quick service menu items like sandwiches, pizzas, sausage rolls, nachos and much more…

The oven utilises three heating methods to heat and toast products up to 10 times faster than conventional methods. The air is heated to up to 270°C which is forced around the cooking chamber providing fast toasting. Microwave is deployed to ensure the core temperatures of products are reached as fast as possible. And a infra-red heating element in the bottom of the cooking chamber prevents a soggy base. Each heating method is independently controlled to get the perfect results for each individual menu item without compromising on quality.
