Prática Klimaquip SA, founded in 1991, is the leading manufacturer of food service and bakery equipment in South America. Since 2007 Prática has been engineering and manufacturing Speed Ovens.

Prática’s speed ovens are ultra-fast, high-performing ovens used for preparing, and finishing, fresh, refrigerated, or frozen foods. Each use results in excellent appearance, crunchiness, and taste.
With cutting edge technology, the ovens work with multiple heat sources, such as, impinged hot air, microwave, and direct radiation. They are equipped with a ventless system through an easily removable catalytic converter and requires no extraction hood for operation, making it easy to clean and maintain.

Pratica FIT Express
The FIT Express is the smallest rapid cook oven in its category. The oven has a footprint of only 39cm wide and 67cm deep. The cook chamber can take trays up to 1/2GN in size making it one of the largest cook chambers for its size. Ventilation comes through the base of the oven allowing it to be placed close to other equipment.
Recipes are accessed via the intuitive touchscreen controls. 1024 individual settings can be programmed on to the oven and transferred between units using USB or by WiFi via the Pratica IOK system.
The removable catalytic convertor scrubs the cooking air removing grease, smoke and odours making the FIT Express a ventless solution which can be located almost anywhere!
Pratica Forza STi
The Forza STi ensures consistent results under continuous repetitive operation. The oven works with any kind of pizza: fresh, frozen, pre-cooked, thin or thick crust and pan pizzas up to 40cm (16”) in size. The unique airflow distribution system: guarantees a consistent distribution of hot air through the cooking chamber, resulting in perfect browning throughout the cooking process.

The FIT Express Technology…
1. Magnetrons generate energy with microwaves, which evenly heat the water molecules in the food
2. Internal heating resistors transfer thermal energy to the circulating air
3. The antenna distributes the microwaves evenly
4. The impinged air is directed at the food
5. The Catalytic Converter transforms volatile organic compounds into Carbon Dioxide and Water (CO2 and H2O)
6. The ventilation motor circulates the air at high speed
The Catalytic convertor system makes the FIT a ‘ventless’ oven, allowing it to be installed without the need for conventional extraction hoods.
